Description
The Gayo Wet-Hulled is from 165 farmers in the town of Takengon. This coffee is supplied to us from our friends Craig & Susan Owens at Santiang Exports. They work with small producers to help make improvements in drying, sorting, and process control. In addition to this, they are also meticulous about record keeping and consistency which makes them invaluable as our boots on the ground.
